Supporting our Clients in their Sustainability Journeys

We recognise that more needs to be done amid an environment of heightened regulatory requirements and scrutiny. Our team is dedicated to supporting clients to flourish in an ever-changing world – helping to deliver investment returns that support a sustainable environment and society.

Our investment strategy integrates broad sustainability themes, such as the generation of climate-aware capital assumptions, and we continue to progress our research in climate, biodiversity, human rights and diversity.

JANA’s Net Zero Commitment

JANA is proud to be an inaugural member of the Net Zero Investment Consultant Initiative (NZICI), which is committed to supporting the goal of global net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 or sooner, across our operations and investment advisory services.

As part of net zero commitment, we established interim targets for our Implemented Consulting business to aid a 50% global emissions reduction by 2030. Our approach was informed by global best practice frameworks, as well as JANA’s own research.

JANA has been certified as a Carbon Neutral organisation since 2020 by the Australian Government Climate Active program.
