Invests in a range of property related investment strategies  to provide diversified exposure to a range of real estate sectors. The Trust will aim to generate stable long-term real estate returns derived from both income and capital appreciation.

Investment Objective

Outperform the Consumer Price Index (CPI) plus 4% p.a. (before fees and expenses) over rolling 7 year periods.
