Investment Strategy

The Trust invests predominantly in a diversified portfolio of Australian shares, and aims to exclude shares in companies with meaningful involvement in activities (determined by JANA) including, but not limited to:

• manufacture of controversial weapons
• production of alcohol
• production and/or distribution of tobacco
• adult entertainment
• gambling operation or manufacture
• thermal coal power generation and extraction
• nuclear power generation
• oil sands extraction, oil and gas production
• palm oil producers
• companies that do not adhere to UN Global Compact principles
• predatory lending operators

The Trust may have an exposure to non-Australian shares, and currency exposure of these shares is generally unhedged.

Investment Objective

Outperform the S&P/ASX 300 Total Return Index (before fees and expenses) over rolling 5 year periods.
