JANA Moderate Trust

The JANA Moderate Trust is a diversified portfolio of investments across asset classes and investment managers that aims to grow real capital value over time with a moderate level of expected volatility. The Trust gains its asset class exposures through investments across a broad range of JANA Investment Trusts.

Investment Strategy

The Trust is diversified within asset classes, across asset classes (including but limited to shares, debt, property, infrastructure and alternatives) and across investment managers via investments in other JANA Investment Trusts. The broad asset allocation is 70% to growth assets and 30% to defensive assets, but the asset allocation can deviate from this over time.

Investment Objective

Outperform the Consumer Price Index (CPI) plus 3% p.a. (before fees and expenses) over rolling 10 year periods.
